Default CPU 100% again???

I have had some great help off the guys on here with a big LW problem I had last week.. Nearly fixed now, in fact I thought it was, then another gremlin in the system appears.

I find that I can start LW up and all works well for 10 minutes or so, then LW uses 100%CPU for some reason????

I have read other topics on this but can't really find what Im looking for, or how to overcome this problem?? I seem to be pointed towards a Java problem? Well, the only thing I know about Java is how to spell it....

If anyone can offer simplified advice on how to fix the problems I would be extremely grateful, or, if anyone can direct me to a relevant topic, I can try to understand it, then try to fix problem

I am using LW 4.18.8 Pro (I tried 5 and couldn't get on with it at all, thats when the problems started, so reverted back to the easier format)

Thanks in advance for any help
