| HKPolice It sounds like your video/monitor setup has a slower than normal refresh rate that is why your screen appears corrupt when it is not. I would suggest one of the following: a) Get a new monitor - however, anything less than 5 years old should be OK unless it is starting to fail. b) Get a new video card - again, anything less than three years old should be OK. c) Update your video card drivers.
