I've tried the fix that was posted much earlier, because it appears my Ctrl+Alt+Del feature is disabled. I had this problem once before, and it was the winupdates virus. I followed the steps listed in the other post, and I don't have the winupdates virus this time. In fact, no process is using any CPU other than System Idle Process.

I can't figure out where the "virus" is or what else might be causing this to happen. Anyone help me out?
