Look in your add and remove programs in control panel and see if you accually installed Limewire 4.10.9, It should be listed there. If not, close control panel then you will have to reinstall it again. go to the limewire web page and it will ask you to put in your email address that you used when you purchased pro and then download the setup wizard again, then install Limewire.
