burning music videos

i download from limewire itll play on media player but when itry to burn music videos it wont

Hi there, I don't know a whole lot about this stuff but I was having the same problem. For whatever reason I have to download my music videos as avi.
I had tried the mpg and all that stuff. Don't know if this info is any help or not like I said I don't know a whole lot.
