i dont know too much about fixing problems. but HELP!!!

ok so please dont refer me to some other site or thread but answer me here please.

so basically i just renewed my limewire. to 4.10.9
i had something a lil older before i forget which one it was but the probkem was still the same.

basically when i open the program.[no matter how many times i restart it or my comp.]
limewire doesnt open.
all i get is a lil window saying if i would like to go pro and the options are why later and yes.
i've had that alreayd so that not the problem
the problem is thats all i get!
when i exit that it goes to nothing
just w.e screen image i was on before but it still says i'm in the program and in the window,
and its pissing me off because i dont kno what to do!
