I'm getting relatively the same problem that howiec is getting, only I haven't had it freeze, it just starts up and silently crashes right away.
It worked before, only the screen was slightly blurred, the text and buttons. When I would click on a file, the selected text was much sharper, although not as sharp as regular fonts on my monitor. When I would move the window or click on another file, the now-unselected text would become blurred again. I uninstalled and reinstalled, only to have Limewire crash on me over and over again.
Obviously, this is frustrating! Can someone please help me?

It could be a graphics card issue. Try setting your AA settings to application controlled.
