Help! Limewire keeps popping up & is taking up nearly 100% CPU Usage

Ok, I get the same problem as many people did, Limewire keeps popping up :(

I did look at the steps but nothing is taking up nearly 100% CPU Usage :confused:

Help please?

Unfortunately you have found a virus. In future ignore all files less than 2 MB (2,000 KB). Register here & follow instructions & norbie will help you solve your problem! ;) NorbiesWorld (click on link)

I knew it was probably a virus, like all the others had. Shame I cant get rid of it myself.
