 Well, it is possible that you need to use the CCleaner after you uninstalled LW&Java before reinstalling it: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Also, try downloading the "Other" version from the LW site. Just unzip & use. No installation necessary. It's the last on the download platform list. The one under "Others" with Solaris, Linux mentioned: http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...oadfree2.shtml But make sure to install Java and reboot before installing LW.
