If you bought Pro more than 6 months ago, then you'll have to pay again to get another Pro. Your email address won't be in the database any more. You won't be able to get your old version back... it's up to the user to save & back up any installers of Pro versions that they download

Bummer, so i get it again i should put it on a cd, the other question was is this only place i can get answers to ?'s tried to write so many times never a responde! ok again another ? when search comes up it might show 150 "songs" on my screen but it says ithat there are 350 how can i show the rest of those searches? thank's again

I've never tried to contact the LW support itself, so I don't know how good or bad it is! This forum's pretty good though, there'll usually be someone around to help

With your searches, try clicking on 'All' in the boxes (type, artist, album etc) to the left of the search page. If you've set your junk filter to 'not display junk' then some results may never show (if LW has recognised any search results as junk).
