If searches for the file names and for file types didn't bring up any of those files on your network HDD, then you can assume that they are gone (assuming that you included the hidden folders into your search).

But I doubt that this has come through LW having been uninstalled. Also you uninstall LW, the shared/incomplete and preference folder will remain on the HDD till you delete them manually.

So, how this files have disappeared only you can tell, since you were the one who deleted things from you Laptop HDD.
