Default Unwanted results

I double clicked on the # interface and now my results come up jumbled. I really would to get to my previous state, but i've tried uninstall, deleting the .limewire folder, and still no use. Everytime I perform a new search the # row has a downward arrow next to it.

Besides that I do not quite understand what you mean with "a downward arrow", the LW preference folder versions starting with 4.12 is called " LimeWire " and can be found in the hidden Application Datat folder as described here:

Try to delete this one and see if that changes something.

The downward arrow refers to showing maximum or minimum hosts for the file at the top of the search results. Perhaps deleting your LW prefs folder will fix it if clicking the # again doesn't fix it. Or simply closing LW & reOpening it.

If you click once again on the # column header, it should change to an upwards arrow. One more click should give you no arrow.

Have tried all of your suggestions. Still the problem exists. Delete hidden folder, uninstalled limewire, clicked the # symbol unitl arrow disappeared, closed lw and reopened. Still the problem exists.

Try right clicking on the column header > revert to default (stabbin' in the dark!).
If you want to have extra columns showing, you'll have to add them again.
