 - thanks for that and no it didn't work - neither have i tried this software - i am just trying to see what lime wire is all about but it doesn't work - now only if someone would tell me where the limewire preferences folder is located, then as suggested by sleepless, i will delete it as the next step - all in the name of understanding Gen Y talk of course cheers, nr  |

| For deleting the preferences folder, see points 2 & 3 below. Just make sure LW's closed before deleting! Fixes for LimeWire |
