Explained by personal message. Those folders are just the same as your download folder. Click on the saved files folder & it shows the files you downlded. But if you'd only like to see the audio or video files, then click on audio & it will only show the audio files you downlded. Shared folder is the same as Saved Files folder, except Saved Files folder only exists in LW, not on your computer. Whereas Shared folder does exist on your computer.

Copy of message:
Those folders under the Saved Files folder are psuedo folders. They don't actually exist. The reason LW did this is not everybody shares their files in their download folder so their download folder would not appear in the Library window. Saved Files folder "is" the same as your shared folder. And it separates the files so you know which ones are video, which files are audio, etc. That's all. On your computer you will still only have the Shared Folder (ie: your downld folder) & an incomplete folder.

To see what I mean, go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you. You can do the same with the video folder etc. but it's the same folder. BTW it "is" possible to make video, audio, documents, Programs folders separate on your computer. But not many people do this & I don't think you want your downlds going into separate physical folders.

Files in the Library window that are red are files that aren't being shared. (exception being the incomplete folder.) You can share them by going to Tools>Options>Sharing & choose the last option of Immediately share downloaded files. Then they will be black.

You can also right-click any red file in the Library window & choose share this file or folder or stop sharing this file or folder.

If your incomplete files refuse to load into the download window, in LW 4.12 you can make them continue from where they were. Go to library window, select incomplete folder, select all the incomplete files (select all at once by holding down SHIFT key as you select), then press the Resume button. This will force them back into the downld window. Only LW 4.12 will continue them from the % they were. Previous versions would make them start from zero %.

Hope this helps!
