I don't want to scare you, but if my computer would do such strange things, my first bet would be a virus.......programs are not supposed to act like this, unless they are told to do so; either by configuration or by some nasty controlling it.

I just got told that it is not necessarily a virus.

This could also be hardware related. Could be graphic card driver problems, heatsink not good enough, or fan not strong enough, or bad ram chip, etc.

that happend in all my computers, my pc reboot when limewire is oppening, the only way to use limewire for me is using 4.6 or 4.8, that versions, dont cause me any troubles, but 4.9 or better YES

any other ideas???
