Once i start using Lime wire my computer slows down, mouse movement becomes jerky. and its the same with all other softwares, they become jerky too,

what can i do.....

You have a software conflict somewhere. I had this problem before and it fixed itself by switching the plyer preference to windows media plyer. Hope it helps
