Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

The only reason I can think of the slightest chance of the CIA possibly getting involved with p2p is for catching out the RIAA & related groups for sponsoring groups who spread viruses on the network. After all, that is against the law in most countries in the world including the USA. That is terrorism.
