Default lost limewire pro cos i had to farmat disk

hi,
This is the first time i had used this forumn, mainly because i did n't know it existed. So hi to all !!!

i have been on limewire for around a year and upgraded to limewire pro about 6 months ago, but i had to re-install my os due to a nicely timed stop error . Obviously i've lost my limewire application and i would very much like to know how to get it back so i can resume utilising this great programme, my queiry is how do i get it back?, do i have to pay again? and surly there must be a safeguard for this type of situation?, can anyone please help me.

many thx and i would appreciate any help

To be honest, a month ago, and of course you know with all the updates you have to pay for it, so I will assume that you will have to pay for it again, because I did when I reformatted my computer a month ago and had to pay for it again...

Smile Re Download of Limewire Plus

I had to reformat my HD and obtained a re-download of Plus by going to support where I found a subject 'Lost Your Plus Software'. All I had to do was enter the e-mail address that I used when I purchased the software and then I got a free download.

Just remember you can only update pro (not plus)for 6 months, and then only with the latest version, so if you have a version of Pro you particularly like, or any other software for that matter, save the installer safety, to disc for instance, and you will then not loose it in case of a crash/reformat.

Don't forget to back up your important files also!!!!!!!
