 Within LW, tools > options > speed. Tick 'disable ultrapeer capabilities' & apply. Also disable any iTunes sharing options. Try reducing your upload & download bandwidth a bit, see if that helps. Do you have a lot of simultaneous downloads? Try just downloading a couple of files at once & see if purging the downloads queue helps Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue!   |
