i cant get the program to run it keeps saying removing old version and i have not downloaded it totally yet. It keeps locking up!! I have installed the jtsp or something like that. but i cant get it to run

lets assume 'the program' refers to LW...it sounds like when you try to install a new version, its removing the old version and freezing up..marvelous...

jtsp???? you mean Java????

anyways, try uninstalling the old version first, then installing the new version of LW...

you use the wording "have not downloaded it totally yet", which goes right over my head..

i let the program try to install all night it just wont download. there is nothing to uninstall, it has not fully downloaded to uninstall.
