![]() I've just tried to download limewire. It installs just fine but is unable to install java. I go to java.com to install and it finishes and says it encountered an error with windows installer and lime wire still won't run. |

![]() Don't use the online installers ![]() Download Java using the offline installer for JRE here http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp Go to add/remove programs & remove your old Java version (if there is one) before installing the new version. Once Java's installed, download LW also using it's offline installer http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml |

![]() yes actually I do, links are being a pain to night, maybe I'll just put off my explorations into the world of lime wire off for a day and try again later when my internet isn't being dumb, thanks for your time, I appreciate it. |
