when installing I receive the following error
 

1608: Unable to create installDriver instance. I am running windows 2000 with sp2 installed. I sit behind a cisco 675.

With most install problems, I would just make sure you have the most recient version of the java runtime environment installed. Also, try closing any antivirus software before you try to install. They sometimes think installs are viruses and deny them acess to your computer. I know it's not much to go off, but i hope its somewhat helpful.
