Error Msg: 1607 Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime
 

System:
Athon 750mHz, 512MB RAM
Running: Windows 2000 SP2 with Internet explorer 6
User: Administrator, with full permissions
JRE2 1.3.1_01 Installed


Issue: I download the LimeWireWin.exe file from limewire.com, version 1.8c and when executed it gives me this message:

1607: Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime

In addition, now whenever I try to operate something within windows explorer (like a context menu or secondary menu) the installer pops up trying to install something and then fails with:

1607: Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Runtime

This problem has never happened on this computer before trying to install this product.

if anyone has a solution or any ideas, I would greatly appreciate ANY help.
