iTunes + LimeWire = ??
 

I can't put the music files into LimeWire. I know how to, it worked for my old computer, but with this new one, I dragged the song into the Library and it says "FILE NAME" is not a valid podcast URL. Make Sure You Entered The Correct URL And Try Again.


Anyone know why this is?

Can't put music files into LimeWire or iTunes? For the new version iTunes, you need to drag & drop the music file onto the Library icon or music icon at top of the playlists.

It's iTunes I can't put files in. :oops: Sorry for not making that clearer. Every time I drag the file out of LimeWire and into iTunes, it says that the podcast URL isn't valid.

Are you dragging the music files out of the LW Library window? If yes, instead, try selecting the Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you. Then drag & drop the files from there.
