 My Limewire Keeps Shutting Down :( I am using windows XP, i start up limewire and it loads but as soon as it does it just shuts down completely. Why is this happening...i have tried downloading the newest java and ive tried uninstalling limewire and reinstalling it and nothing works...keeps doing the same thing. I dont know what else to do....  |

 Could be that one of your security programs prevents LW from opening. Another thing I could think of would be a compatibility issue. So, check first your security programs to see whether LW is permitted. If that's the case, right click the LW icon on your desktop, go Properties>Compatibility and change the mode to Winows NT or Windows 2000. Cheers
