Moving my L.W. files to WMP

Would someone please refresh me on how to move my L.W. music files to my Windows media player???? I had the correct files set previously and it worked great but something happened and the files no longer are automatically moved to my WMP . Im at a loss as to which files I should have my LW settings on to do this anymore .!! I know its a fairly simple thing to do but I cant remember for the life of me how I had it configured before to do this ! Im kinda a computer illiterate so please be specific on what to do!!! I would appreciate help from someone !!! Merry Xmas !!
