Pro 4.12 vs Pro 4.12.3

I upgraded to Lime wire pro in August.
The other day I noticed that some of the settings were changed ( I am the only person that uses my computer!!!)
Upon further investigation I searched my files and noticed that there are several limewire Pro aplications in my hard drive, some named Limewire, others using a small l = .limewire
Some in Windows the other in Program Files
Some are 4.12 the others are 4.12.3
I am clearly confused!!!
