Is the mouse not working, or it it that you don't have any options to open other windows (like no search tab, library tab etc)??

If it's the mouse not working when you try to click, update your Java. Use the JRE offline installer below & remove your old Java version before you install the new one.

If that's not the problem, you might have to give us a few more clues about what's happening.

Do you mean that when you click on a file to download, it just sits there & doesn't move to the download pane & actually start downloading? If it's that, click below

when i tried to download the new java update i opened the file and it told me to to choose a program to open it and i have no clue what program to open it with... i have limewire installed and when the window open asking if i want to upgrade to pro the mouse doesnt work... the mouse works everywhere else but limewire so i dont know it is a bluetooth mouse does that maybe have an effect?

Did you download the JRE offline version? I don't know what's going wrong for you...when you choose that installer, you should get a popup asking if you want to save the .exe file...once it's downloaded, go to where you've saved that file, double click on it & the installation should start:confused:

Whether it's got anything to do with your Bluetooth mouse I don't know...I don't use any Bluetooth devices.
Someone else might know.

I am having the exact same problem. I have installed Java from their website twice today, and still no luck. From the link in the post, which version should be downloaded?
