limewire keeps opening
 

since yesterday, i've been having a weird problem with limewire. when i start my computer, the program opens. i exit out of it, but a minute or so later, the program reopens. it won't close! i've tried reinstalling but it doesn't working. does anyone know what i should do?

I have the same problem now, removed the prhg but i get a prompyt, telling me to reinstall?


why is is starting again,its not in my startup?

Before you uninstalled LW, was it popping up all the time & refusing to stay closed? That's usually caused by a worm & uninstalling LW doesn't get rid if the worm.

Read the virus link in LOTR's post. Try the easy fix mentioned in point 2.
