Post System details for Wondering Why

Hey, heres my story again

On my computer i have Norton Anti-Virus program 2005 and whenever i start up LW an alert comes up saying: Norton Internet Worm Protection has detected a remote system that is attempting to access your computer... i know that this is only NAV detecting LM *im not worried about the alert* and then it alows me to block it or permit it but when i select permit and ok the window pops down for like 5secs and then comes up again saying the xact same thing... This is only part of the big problem. Because of this (i think) theres a firewall and i've been told that when theres a firewall on *the wall in front of the globe at bottom bar* Then it limites the search results and DE-creases ='( the Downloading speed. is there a way i can make the firewall go away for limewire so theres no firewall disabling me from getting full use out of LW . its really starting to bug me.. ='(

Here are the questions answered as good as i could:

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)I have windows XP home edition

2. What firewalls you have? Im pretty sure the only firwall i got is norton2005 one

3. How much ram?roughly 600mb

4. Hard Disk space available?i think somthing like 150gb

5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.)I have cable

6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?I have a linksys router here a link to a simlilar looking one i have

LINK: http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satel...VisitorWrapper

7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)?Im hooked up to a modem i also have a router for wireless in my home

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version. I think i have Java9.0 and basic LW v.4.12

9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? Shaw

10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.I dont know about the p2p sharing but i do know theres someone useing the wireless comeing from my router in my home

12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an. I've been useing LW for about almost year and i've always had this problem but im getting tired of it.

13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes and thats what im trying to get rid of ='(

thanx so much

sincerely,
Teedot
