Hello, i have no idea where to post this and if it is in the wrong erea i appologize as this is my first post.
I have aquired LW Pro as an alternative to Imp3it purchased from Ishareit,for witch i purchased a lifetime membership and does not connect anymore neither,but my problem is:LW Pro will not update to a newer version as it does not recognize my e-mail address,i have tried e-mailing support through this forum but the e-mail was bounced back to me as undeliverable,how far does one have to go before getting results?So if anyone can help please let me know.

It seems, from reading your post, that you are one of the many (unknown numbers) of people that have got their LW via a scam site. If that is the case then you will find that the scam site will no longer have anything to do with you, as they now have your money and payment details, and the LW org. will not deal with you because they do not have your email address nor know anything about you.

Next thing to do is tell us, the forum members, where you got your LW from, and please do not say something vague like "the official site", i.e. let us have the URL.

Thank you ukbob,but no i aquired LW Pro as an alterative through a ligit e-mail from Ishareit who offered me 3 alternate options for Imp3it, for witch i had asked for a refund as it would never connect me,knowing very well i wasn't going to get one, i opted for LW Pro.

I really don't think "Ishareit" is a legitimate company because most (if not all) companies that offer a "Lifetime memberships" are scam sites, after all what are they offering you a lifetime membership to?

Your problem is that you have paid your money to a dubious company and I am reasonably sure that all they have supplied you with is LW Basic (which is free), because that’s what scam sites do. And unfortunately for you, the LW Org. does not owe you any updates or technical support because you did not get your LW Pro (which is most probably Basic) from them.

Sorry to say this but the only people you can demand support from is "Ishareit" and it is unlikely you will get any because, if I am right, all they are geared up for is to take money from the gullible and naïve and then give nothing back.

You know Moucronoise, I've just taken a look at the "Ishareit" and it does not initially say that it is pushing free P2P apps, it starts off with the promise of free MP3s to download.

This is the classic newby con, promising something they have no intensions of delivering simply because they do not have any MP3s of their own.

Face it Moucronoise, you've been conned.

UK BOB, I have used Ishare it since 2000 with a lifetime licence so i was not conned,but i was not concerned with that, all i want to know is how to contact Limewire Pro, witch i am using now, but Limewire will not recognize my e-mail address to upgrade to the new version.

OK, so you are happy with "Ishareit", nothing more need to be said on that subject.

However, if you read my post you would have seen that I have answered your question:

Which means you should use your "lifetime membership" and insist that "Ishareit" supply you with the upgrades, updates and anything else that your "membership" has on offer.

If, however, you want an official (proper) copy of LW Basic or LW Pro (plus the technical support and updates/upgrades you get when you purchase Pro) then you must go the LW site via the following URL (and nowhere else):
