 Keep the XP firewall disabled (it will interfere with the Norton firewall) but configure the Norton to allow LW. If you're using a modem/router it could have it's own firewall - that might be what LW's detecting. Have you read this sticky (heaps of info about connection/firewall problems)? Connection problems?
