cant sync
 

ok i have tried to get some songs onto my mp3 player. i have tried usin save playlist then put it in the mp3 player and save it but it closes. i then tried using windows media player it said "the media is write protected" any help

Are you adding songs from your LW saved folder? Within LW's library, click on Saved Files then click Explore...your saved folder will open. Add from here to your player. Have a look at your player's instructions for more info.

didnt work said it was write protected even though it said its not

bought a restricted player & so couldn't add any files from LW. Is yours the same model? If not, tell us the make & model of the player.
