Lord of the Rings has a distinguished reputation

Do steps 1, 2 & 3 here Fixes for Limewire. That means removing all versions of Java, rebooting & reinstalling the offline Java http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp as well as deleting the LW prefs folder.

Oops ... well plenty of good advice here. lol
