 Hmmm, I'd say it would have something to do with the cox security giving you a false reading...Cox are known to be anti p2p and shape and throttle it... The only problem is that if you where to go ahead and ignore what your security is saying and you where to download a virus you wouldn't know if it was a real threat or not...
