GamerCyGirl It would help if you re-wrote you problem in "plain english" so that the majority of people that visit this forum understand what you are talking about. It would also help to give some details about the PC you are using. Just remember, you have to help us to help you. Shark Chum |
-_- ok whatever I will. well I have Windows XP the PC's LG and theres a lot of infected coockies like 48 then theres malware and some grayware and I think Adware. BUt it froze my PC is messed up what can I do, when I scan it using Windows Live Care it frozes with the scan not completed so I still have those infected cookies and such. Does any1 know where can I scan well and hopefully it won't freeze. |
Somehow your latest post makes more sense than your first one. You should try to perform an online virus scan by going to the Symantec (Norton) website, here is the URL: http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/d...d=ie&venid=sym Just press the yellow "Go" button when it appears and follow the instructions from there. Download and Adaware SE and Spybot, they will get rid of your spyware cookies, etc. It might also help if you defragmentented your hard disk afterwards, there is a Disk Defragmenter in XP, you get to by All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Disk Defragmenter. This should help your PC overall. UK Bob |
