 Right Bob Try rolling back your java to JRE 1.6.0 there's an issue with 1.6.u1 click on this blue link, OH!! & use the off line installer. Java SE Previous Releases Downloads Also make a choice witch Firewall you wish to use, then disable the other, two running at once conflict with each other, let us know how you get on.
