Need Some Help (white screen after previewing/launching songs)
 

When previewing or after launching songs,it sometimes starts acting like a record that's stuck and the page will turn white.Sometimes this lasts a few seconds sometimes longer.It seems to be worse if I try to use my volume controls.I would like to get PRO but want to get problems solved first.Hope you can help.I'm not very computer literate,so any help will be a big help

If you get pro you should not have any problems.
I had the free LW it was all ways freezing my computer up SO i got rid of it and got pro now i dont have any problems what so ever.

Try to get a nother Java that helps somtimes.

Is it the limewire player you are trying to play these songs with ??
If it is the lw player is not always very reliable and can be known to work when it wants...
Try using a 3rd party player like itunes or WMP, if you make one of these players your default player, when you go to preview a file the 3rd party player will launch it...

To disable the LW player go to Tools > Options > Player and untick the box and select apply...
To make WMP or itunes your default player
Go to your shared folder (outside of Limewire) you will find this folder by clicking on one of your files in your LW library and clicking explore...

Right click on one of your MP3 files
Select open with
Select choose program
select the player you want
and tick the box that says always use this program to open this file type
Select OK

I dont think that's it because it sometimes does it just downloading.It's not always just a white screen.Sometimes an hourglass pops up and I can't do anything until the screen flashes white,and then things are normal for a while until it does it again.I don't know very much about computers at all and need alot of help
