digital distortion in downloads
 

Hello,

I am a real nOOb at so this maybe a stupid question. I have done some downloads now. Quite an amount of my downloads (video) are digitaly distorted (like youre watching it on LSD or something).

Is this just bad luck and try again, or is there something i can do to restore these downloads. It's annoying to wait hours or somtimes days for a download you can't enyoy afterwards....

It could be a codec problem...So you can either download codecs for your computer or get the VLC player as it has them already pre-installed...Or get both....
If you are using XP this codec pac is good...

Also Bitzi is a great way to find out what the files are like before you download them...
