Chat not working!!!!!

Help! I keep pressing chat, and nothing happens! I'm not sure if I have to download PRO or what...

Hi axle12693.
Pro or basic no difference.
Chat only works on versions up to 4.10.9 all others untill 4.13 Beta are not working, Then again the 4.13.3 beta is fixed, But you can only Chat with others
using working versions.
