Limewire Pro Problem (sounds like spyware)
 

I have LM Pro installed on my laptop, I can't get support it has been more than the 6 months. Anyway I keep getting ths popup box with two choices
BUY or Register by inserting the Activation Code: the text is thanking me for using FREE software "To take advantage of the full power of te accelerator we utterly recommend you to upgrade your lite edition to the full edition for just $9.95 etc.......
Well I already have the full edition. How can I stop this popup? It is annoying.

That sounds like you have some sort of Spyware or something sinister on your computer...

I'd run a few system scans with your spyware apps and your AV...

Also where did you purchase your Pro from and how much did you pay for it....It sounds like you could of purchased a scam version as most of them offer you accelarators and spyware protecton and so on...
I would get rid of the version you are running and install a clean limewire basic (which you will find in my sig, just click on the button)...
