Post LW Shuts Down When I Switch User

Hello:

Limewire shuts down when I switch user on my computer. Is there a way to keep it running in the background when another user uses the same computer? I am not logging off the primary user, just changing "user" and I am the adminstrator of the computer. Limewire is not installed on the desktop of the other user. And I checked and did not find any other files or folders for the other user. So why is LW shutting down when I switch user?

OS: Window XP with SP2
Firewall: Windows Firewall
Ram: 512
Disk Space: 200GB, used 80GB free 120GB
Connection: Verizon DSL
Download Speed: 3Mbps
upload: 768
Modem: Westell 327
Connect: From home
Limewire: Version 4.12.11
ISP: Verizon

Thank you and have a great day!
Badboyz
