Default "LimeWire" Songs Won't Go To WMP: Please Help!

Ok, so here is the deal: I don't have an iPod. Yes, call me uncool, but I just never got around to getting a new one after my old one got stolen. So I got a new MP3 for Christmas, but the problem is...it's not an Apple product. Now, everytime I download a song from LimeWire, EVERY song seems to automatically transfer to iTunes under a name called, "Shared Music". Now, I know I can't transfer those songs from my iTunes to my MP3, 'cause my MP3 isn't an Apple product. But I can't even burn those songs onto a disc! It seems the only way I can get the LimeWire songs onto a CD or my MP3 is if I somehow transfered them to my WMP (Windows Media Player), and I have NO idea how to do that. Every song on LimeWire just goes straight to iTunes. Can anybody please help me with this?
