Your tunes are saved by default to your shared folder on your HD...
To find this folder just click on one of you files in the LW library and hit explore it will open up your shared folder...

To get them to iTunes, you go to start, My computer, find your music and what-not, and make the window fit into only half your screen. Then you get your iTunes and make it fit into the other half of the screen. Then you simply drag your tunes from one window to the other.

I know how to get them to itunes I just don't want to keep them in limewire. Hence can they be saved somewhere else and still be able to play them. ie in my music folder. and then be deleted from limewire?

I have no trouble copying/moving Limewire downloads to other folders. After doing so you can delete them from the original location. And you can play them with Windows Media or RealPlayer. If you add the new folder to your Limewire Library (you may not want to) I think you can play them from there.

If you choose to move the filed from the shared folder you can also still share them. just add the new folder that they are in to be allowed to share.
