 Important thing is that you have to check how many Java versions do you have. You must have only ONE version of it, not 2 or more. To be able to see how many Java versions you have, go to Control Panel then onto Add/Remove programs. Scroll down and check how many Java versions you have. I suggest to uninstall all of the Java versions, or everything that begins with Java. After that go to Java official site and download latest offline version of Java. Install it and hope it will work. There are lot of conflicts made with this new LW between different versions of Java. Try this and reply what happened. Thx   |
