deleting problem
 

I have a problem deleting files from the library. Every time I click on a file and press delete, the "are you sure you want to delete this file" box is followed by an error box saying "unable to delete the file. It may be in use by another application. I don't understand what other applications could be using the file, as I don't transfer them anywhere else. What's the problem?

This problem has come up before.

I suggested closing down LW and if you using a serarate player close that too. Then delete the file on the hard drive.

But for the person that asked initially - I don't think that solved it.

Deleting on HD works for me - I just tested it.

If your using the LW player, that might be causing the problem. Try associating your files with another player and see if you can delete then.
