video file supported but wont play ive downloaded a movie in avi format, which is supported by my media player but it wont play. ive downloaded other avi files, too, which also will not play. is there a problem with the compression of the file and if so is there software i can download to fix it? |
You may have a problem re: Codecs... Well, you probably do ! Please supply more info about your setup, OK ? Please try the Cole2k Standard Codecs Pack... The latest version is 6.0.9... I do NOT recommend using the Cole2k Advanced Codecs Pack unless you really know what you're doing ! You will see a link for Cole2k Codecs in my sig below... It is SAFE ! If this does not fix your prob, be sure to come back here... You'll get it working soon ! :licklips: |
