Installing downloaded programs
 

I can download programs from limewire just fine, but they won't run. I get an error message saying that the files have been corrupted during the transfer. Help!

Take note of that warning as the program files more than likely have a virus...Most program files on the Gnutella Network do...

Sorry, I guess I should have explained better. I download the zip files and can unzip them just fine, but when I run the setup progrom to install the file on my computer, it says that the setup file has been corrupted during the transfer.

Did you scan them with your AntiVirus...Listen to what your computer is telling you...I personally wouldn't risk my computer for those files...

Use Bitzi to check if the files are safe or not, but make sure there are at least two positive feed backs for a file...
