i have installed the new windows media palyer and it keeps saying:

Error ID = 0x8004022F, Remedy ID = 0x00000000

If the file you are playing is included in this table, then it may have been encoded using a codec that is not supported by Windows Media Player.


but i can download movies and mp3's but just cant play the movies can you help??
