When I play music that opens in Media player, a window pops up “Media Usage Right Acquisition” (probably spyware?). Its very annoying.

When I try to play it in Real Player it says I need to download more real player software. I tried that and it did work.

These players are another option to using WMP if thats what you are refering to. I personally HATE WMP because I always had trouble with it, so I chose a better alternitive. Hope this helps.
